SHIPPING Do you ship across india? Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Shiprocket,Delhivery. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. If you’d like to reach us, just drop us an email at liltreazures2022@gmail.com Do you ship overseas? No at the moment we only ship pan India,but we are working towards shipping internationally too. How do I order and how long will it take to get my order? You could order through our website www.liltreazures.com and also through DM on instagram. Your order delivery depends on your location and all the orders are processed from our New Delhi office within 3-4 workin days and further take 3-4 days to arrive depending on the location. If its a custom order it would minimum take 7-10 days to process your orders. Delivery and tracking details will be provided via email or sms once your order is shipped. Do we take bulk orders? Yes we do accept bulk orders (For return favours or gifting)as well.For that you could send us email at liltreazures2022@gmail.com or drop us a message at +91-9599206174. What are your shipping charges? Prepaid orders above Rs1000 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Orders below Rs1000 are charged a basic fee of Rs100 across India. Can I cancel my order? Yes you can cancel your order anytime before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. In case of COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer. Please email us at liltreazures2022@gmail.com regarding order cancellation. PAYMENT What are the payment options availble? You can pay online on our website using net banking, your debit or credit card. We also accept all major wallets and UPI. Cash on delivery is possible across India. Do we offer COD( Cash on Delivery)? We offer cash on delivery, at an additional charge of Rs 100. Once you place a COD order on the website, you will receive a Whatsapp message or automated call to confirm your order. If you do not confirm the order, it will not be processed. Customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. The payment got deducted but I didn't receive order confirmation? Sometimes this can happen due to a network error. Worry not, we are here to help. Simply send us a screenshot of the payment transaction at ----------- and sit back. We will check the payment at our end and place your order manually. The Hair accessories How to take care of the accessories? Though the care instructions are mentioned in each of our product description, Our bows, hair bands are all hand stitched so that they last a lifetime and can be yours or your little girl’s best friend. Our fabric accessories are completely washable by hand, just like regular clothes. Use a gentle soap and hand wash your bows, if they’ve become dirty. Dry them in shade, and just fix the shape with your hand or slightly iron them to bring them back to life. We do not recommend washing hair pins, since the base clip is made of steel. Coming in contact with water can cause corrosion with fabric which would spoil the look of hand embroidred clip. Can I get my product personalised? Not all of products can be perosnalised,but you could purchase personalised hair pins from our website directly.
